   now my question is vref=2.1v when pressing 7+* into "modem download ",if only power on vref=1.8v,the phone is freezing on "samsung".

   xiakaijun , I have exactly the problem. In G810 flashed phone part of the i450, the phone freezes at the logo "Samsung", vref = 2.1 v when pressing 7 + * into "modem download.
   ORT is not connected to the phone ...
   ps_hold plugged through the 1K resistor to the + battery, vref still equal to 2.1 v....

   why some phone vref=2.1v,and some phone vref=2.6v?when 2.6v the phone can connect ORT-BOX NO problem,the 2nd case cant connect.

   oki when you have phone with PDA and MODEM(phone) part!
   On G810 I was test on many phones for PDA part repair you must write 8MB dump!
   In PDA reapir we don't using CMM files, use only DUMPS in all PDA phones.

   For all phones with modem part FIRST MAKE BACKUP 8MB, next MAKE CMM files from good dump if this solution not work, then write first 4MB files if not work try with 8MB.

   About Vref MUST be around 2.6V, if is lower maybe you will connect jtag and get right ID of cpu and flash but process of read/write will be unreliable.
   So if your Voltage is around 2.1 and you are already connect over resistor Vbat on ps_hold, try with lower value of resistor 200-400ohm for ex.!
   Then try to measure Voltage and see is it any difference.
   I hope this instruction will help you in resolving your problems.

   becouse maybe is hardware error, and second reason becouse proc. stay in some strange mode in progress of last flashing when phone was demage.

   In good phone G810 flashed firmware i450. G810 was hang at the logo "Samsung". Phone given to me for repair ...

   I can not connect the phone to Jtag, Vref = 2.1v. Ps_hold plugged through the 1K resistor to Vbat.

   @xiakaijun

    Try with lower value of resistor cca. 300-500 Ohm!

    Then check voltage on Vref!
