   I am a phone repairer. I have two G1 phone, they are all dead because flashing spl,but can display G1. so i try to repair with ORT, i try to write many files form support,i read it , compare with the original dump file,all right.but they can't power on and can'd display anything.

   first phone:flahID:0xBAAD flash model: samsung K5E2G1GACM
   i try to wirte many files,such as:G1_8M_DREA21000 G1_64M_DREA2100 G1_256M_DREA21000

   second phone: flahID: 0xAAEC flash model:Hynix H8BCS0SJ0MCP
   i try to wirte many files,such as:G1_0x00000000_8M G1_0x00000000_64M

   same here ... tried everything, still not work ... and phone was flashed with wrong boot files b4 repaired by ORT, and was still alive, just hang at logo ..

   now not turned on at all ...

   hi gwaai and szxtso

   i have been trying to connect the phone to ORT for 17 days now， but have not been successful. I used very thin cables and connect 6 cables from pcb to ort plus vref .

   DO i have to use special cables？

   do i have to connect resistor betwwen them？

   please kindly show the exact pinout，

   Your's G1 Flash is Hynix Or Samsung?

   If Flash Is Hynix Please Use G1_DREA21000_0x02400000_8M_RAW.rar And QualcommTool V1.17 (Start Address Is 0x02400000)

   If Flash Is Samsung Please Use G1_DREA20000_0x02400000_8M_RAW.rar And QualcommTool V1.17 (Start Address Is 0x02400000)

   This Will Fix Your's G1 With "" Freeze In Logo ""

   If Your's G1 Also Can't Power On. (Please Post What You Do It Befor)

   i have connected 6 cables from ort to pcb and connected vref too，as szxtso have done， but alway jtag connection error. i used battery.
   what seems to be the problem？

   DO I HAVE TO CONNECT ground pin？ if so where is ground pin？

   1. Make Sure Your's Battery Have Full Power .Coz Jtag Flash Need More Time To Flash..!!
   2. GND Connect To Jtag Pin16.
   3. If Flash Is Hynix Please Use G1_DREA21000_0x02400000_8M_RAW.rar
   (Make Address 0x02400000)
   If Flash Is Samsung Please Use G1_DREA20000_0x02400000_8M_RAW.rar
   (Make Address 0x02400000)
   4. If Your G1 Can Power On..Please Don't Flash Start With 0x00000000 Address!!

   Total Flash Time About 15 ~ 20 Min!! After Flash This Dump File .
   You Can Test Your's Phone !!

    what?you repair it? so maybe now you will help me?no i think that i have problem with connector between box and phone but now i solder direct to box and still htag error:/

    you have adapter for g1？

    if you follow benly ，and still have jtag connection error，

    check the testpoint carefully to see if it is broken？
    if it was repaired before by other poeple，then the testpoint may be broken。

    no phone is in good condition,tomorrow i will buy adapter for g1 but now i solder cable directly...maybe wire is too long?/
