Because there isn't a manual on support regarding repairing i900 modem part, could one of the moderators or someone from ORT team tell us what are the steps? On PDA part I managed to repair 2 pieces without problems, but I'm stuck at modem part. I saw many posts but I confused.

no, is not damaged, it does not exist.
"First of all I want to thank ORT team for this great tool. Second...it would be nice if support will be improved. I mean...us technicians we worked with alot of solutions for repairing mobile phones (software part), but working with ORT is not that easy. Sure...is easy to repair i900 PDA part, some soldering, some clicks and the phone is alive. But when it comes to repair i900 modem part is nor that easy. I know, we have picture in support area with JTAG pinout, some few posts in this forum, but that not helps. I'm not trying to be annoying, all I want is to learn how to repair i900 modem part and of course, other models. If you ORT team gives us more details will appreciate that.
So...after soldering those 9 wires on the pcb, we need to put one resistor of 1k between ps_hold and pin 1. We should measure then the voltage between pin 1 and gnd and we should get 2.6V. But that is not enough, I saw in a post that we have to enter into eboot menu with the help of hyperterminal and from there we have to activate modem. Last part with eboot menu and the rest is a total enigma...We need more detalied information regarding this operation, entering eboot menu. What is the link between phone and computer when using hyperterminal. Can we use the box? If not, what can we use? What is the pinout when connecting through hyperterminal?
Hoping I wasn't annoying I send you best regards!P.S I saw i900 PCBs without ps_hold point. What can we do in this situation? "
