   QualcommTool V1.16 released.Now ORT read write the G1's nand flash in RAW format.both the main area and spare area can be accessed now.
   We fix the bug while writing the pda's bootloader by this way.But old dump can not be used in current version now.You must use the dump in RAW format.RAW dumps for DREA20000 have been uploaded.

   ok,

   I ued 1.17, and DREA2100 RAW 64M ... now phone finaly turns back on .. and no problem going to fastboot mode ... (it couldn't go to fastboot mode b4, because i flashed wrong boot file into it)

   mine was Rogers Dream

   one suggestion,

   can you upload the boot-loader only for non-perfect boot? the 64MB contains 1.33.0010 boot, which i am not able to flash custom rom into it, and flashing a 256MB dump will takes forever to finish ... so i am still stuck here, because phone cannot fully boot with 64MB dump, and i don't wanna upgrade to the newest official rom which is also an headache to root it ..

   try G1_DREA21000_0x00000000_8M_RAW.bin for modem's bootloader and G1_DREA21000_0x02400000_8M_RAW.bin for pda's bootloader.

   i have successfully repaired G1 now，but one problem though，
   the gravity sensing function is lost now.

   any idea why seems to be the problem？

   i have wrote dream dump 20000 8M only， adress was 0x02400000.

    but when i press *#06#，imei is correct 350**********988，and simlock is not locked.

    SO what seems to be the problem？

    any way to restore gravity function？

    i only wrote G1_DREA20000_0x02400000_8M_RAW.rar using QualcommTool V1.18 (Start Address was 0x02400000）.
    the phone freezed on G1 logo before writing. now the phone can not be rooted and can only be flashed with the rom it was running when it bricked.

    the phone can not be rooted means can not flash custom rom into it. i learnt the word ROOT from xda-developer.

    FIRST,i flashed THIS english rom(signed-dream_devphone_userdebug-img-14721.zip). the phone was restored. THIS rom(signed-dream_devphone_userdebug-img-14721.zip )was english version,but the phone displayed chinese language. SO i think this english rom( signed-dream_devphone_userdebug-img-14721.zip) repaired the chinese rom. but not replaced it.

    next , i flashed a more lower version english rom(signed-kila_eu-ota-15632.a5e2aac2.zip
    ), this time the language become english, so i think the flashing was successful.

    i wrote the 64mb file to phone, starting from 0x000000 .. and IMEI is still the same after repair ....
